The loft is located in the historical centre of Assisi, near the main tourist attractions.The “Basilica di San Francesco” is just 200 meters away, and it’s also well connected to the train station and Santa Maria degli Angeli thanks to the bus service.
The house, with an independent entrance, was elegantly renovated in 2021.
It has two floors, and provides a public covered parking area in agreement with the structure.
On ground floor, the house arranges a big sofa-bed, a kitchenette and a cellar/cavern that was obtained by an old tunnel, which Assisi is full of.
At the first floor, which is accessible by going up a ladder made in stone that was obtained from an old medieval well, there’s a dispatch, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a flat-screen smart TV.
